Caraston Hall Support Ltd is fully committed to providing good quality and safe support that enables individuals to achieve their full potential and live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We have systems and processes in place to monitor the quality of the services we provide and the quality and safety of our workforce. In addition, we carry out bi-monthly Health and Wellbeing Surveys with the people we support.
We record all feedback whether it is positive or negative feedback to ensure any problems can be resolved effectively and confidentially.
